Senna occidentalis is sometimes used as a decoction of syphilis.  A very strong cup of kafé zepyant with a tablespoon of olive oil will help you vomit and get rid of phlegm when you have asthma.  If vomiting continues a sweetened tea of three yellow leaves of kacho (Mikania micrantha) will stop the vomiting.
