Indigenous quite common herb of wet areas, especially by forest paths.
Pantropical.       
Similar to Desmodium incanum and often mixed with it on forest paths.
Desmodium incanum has more than four seeds in the pod, Desmodium adscendens two to four seeds in a pod.
